Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1 to 2 years of professional experience.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually engaging graphics for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand assets. This role requires a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of brand consistency, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visuals that align with PEAKIQ's identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging visual content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to create cohesive designs that support brand goals
- Create brand assets including logos, banners, icons, infographics, and presentation materials
- Work with UI/UX designers to maintain visual consistency across digital interfaces
- Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance brand identity
- Prepare design files for digital and print production as needed
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing design creativity and versatility
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, or Figma
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing design
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics or simple video editing
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Basic understanding of web and social media design best practices
- Creative thinking with the ability to align visuals with marketing strategy
